What is TCPP?

Twin Cities Puppy Pack (TCPP) began in 2018 as a small effort to build community and create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who found joy in pet play. What started as a passion project has grown into a thriving Minnesota community of pups, pets, creatures, handlers, and the wonderfully curious humans who want to learn more without feeling awkward about it.

We’re here to make it easier to find your people, show up confidently, and build real‑life community. As a registered 501(c)(7), our top priority is YOU, the member. Our pack doesn’t exist without you, and we’re excited for the future we’re creating together.

To us, “Pack” isn’t just a name—it’s the community we build.

It’s how we support, celebrate, and uplift each other. We proudly welcome and affirm everyone in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and we’re committed to making a positive, lasting impact for all our members.

TCPP exists for community. Whether you’re:

  • a seasoned pup with a full gear bag,

  • a new handler learning the ropes,

  • a critter who wants to share your art,

  • a rope bunny exploring your vibe,

  • a rubber dragon looking for beginner tips, or

  • someone simply curious and wanting a respectful, low‑pressure place to learn

YOU’RE WELCOME HERE.

You don’t have to be a pup, and gear is never required. Pet play isn’t one thing, and we don’t pretend it is. For some, it’s playful and cozy; for others, it’s structured and dynamic. Sometimes it overlaps with kink; sometimes it doesn’t. Our goal is to create space for all of that without fear, without pressure, and always with respect and consent.

What can you expect from TCPP?

  • Community‑first events: Socials, meetups, hangouts, and seasonal gatherings designed to help people connect beyond the internet and explore Minnesota’s incredible queer community.

  • Useful, accessible education: Learn about consent, boundaries, etiquette, dynamics, and the real‑world basics that help everyone, pets, handlers, and allies feel safer and more confident in community spaces.

  • A welcoming, low‑pressure environment: No gatekeeping. No assumptions. Plenty of room to explore pet play at your own pace.

  • Clear standards: We proudly uphold “Safe, Sane, Consensual” as a core value, supported by our Code of Conduct and complaint reporting process. Having fun is great, but having fun with clear expectations and consent is even better.
