About TCPP

Beginning in 2018, our journey began as a way to cultivate community and provide a safe environment for its members. That journey grew to become our mission.

What started as a passion project has grown into a thriving community of pets and handlers here in Minnesota.

Twin Cities Puppy Pack (TCPP) is a Twin Cities–based community for pups, pets, creatures, handlers, and the wonderfully curious humans who like our scene—or are just trying to understand it without accidentally making it weird. We’re here to make it easier to find your people, show up confidently, and actually do community in real life. As a registered 501(c)(7), our number one priority is YOU, the member. Our pack doesn’t exist without you, and we are so excited for the future and the ways we’ll grow and learn together!

To us, “Pack” isn’t just another word for the group— it’s a word that embodies the community we build that supports, celebrates, and uplifts each other in the pack. We proudly support everyone in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community at TCPP, and we will work hard to keep making a positive and lasting impact for all of our members.

At its core, TCPP exists for community. Whether you’re a seasoned pup with a gear bag, a new handler learning the ropes, a critter who wants to share your art, a rope bunny figuring out your vibe, or a rubber dragon looking for beginner tips and resources. Maybe you’re someone who’s simply curious and wants a respectful, low-pressure place to learn. Whatever your vibe is, YOU’RE WELCOME HERE. You don’t have to be a pup, and gear is never required—come as you are. Pet play isn’t one thing, and we don’t pretend it is. For some people it’s playful and cozy. For others it’s structured and dynamic. Sometimes it overlaps with kink; sometimes it doesn’t. Our goal here is to create space and inclusive for all of that—without fear, without pressure, and with respect and consent.

What you can expect from TCPP

  • Community-first events: socials, meetups, hangouts, and seasonal events designed to help people connect beyond the internet explore our amazing Minnesota queer community with everything it has to offer.

  • Education that’s actually useful: learn consent, boundaries, etiquette, dynamics, and the real-world basics that make spaces feel safer and more comfortable for you no matter if you are a pet, handler, or just and ally.

  • Welcoming, low-pressure group: no gatekeeping, no assumptions, and plenty of room to participate in pet play at your own pace.

  • Clear standards: we proudly state “Safe, Sane, Consensual,” conduct as our core value and back it up with our Code of Conduct and complaint reporting process—because having fun is great, but clear expectations and consent while having fun is even better :3
